Privacy policy

This page explains in plain words what data we collect on myfence.ge, why we need it and how to ask us to show or delete it.

What we collect

When you send a request: your name, phone number, town or village, comment and, if you used the calculator, the fence you chose (style, color, length, gates).

When you browse the site: anonymous statistics — which pages you opened, on what device (phone or computer) and where you came from (e.g. Facebook, Google, a QR code). For this the browser keeps one cookie that ties the visit together. It does not know your name or number.

Why we use it

• to call you back, work out the price and arrange measuring and installation;
• to send you SMS about your order;
• for warranty service;
• to learn which ads work and to improve the site.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising mailings.

Who may receive it

• the SMS service — only the number and the message text, so the SMS reaches you;
• hosting — the server that runs the site and stores the data;
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google — if their ad measurement code is switched on, they may learn about your visit and that a request was sent. This helps us show ads to the right people. Their own policies are on their websites.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for the life of the order and its warranty. If no order was placed, we delete the data on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data. Call or message us: 577 99 95 81.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working.
